Phil lives in Aberfeldy. He has been a Timebank Volunteer, Broker and now Trustee.

Phil worked in education for 35 years, in main stream schools, residential settings and FE and HE before retiring to Aberfeldy in 2015.

He is Chair of Breadalbane Mens' Shed which has close links to Tay Valley Timebank.

Phil is Treasurer of Timebanking Scotland.
